454 Motorsports

454 Motorsports is a custom off-road fabrication and automotive customization shop in the North Phoenix area of Arizona (zip 85086), run by owner Gary Graham. It’s best known for the signature “454 Fender Mod,” its bolt-in Ford Raptor cages, and the Bravo removable tire cage — a by-appointment shop with a strong following in the prerunner and desert-truck scene.

What 454 Motorsports is known for

Three things put 454 on the map: the 454 Fender Mod (a fiberglass fender treatment for a wider, tire- and travel-clearing desert stance), Gen 2 / Gen 3 bolt-in roll cages for the Ford Raptor (cage protection for a factory desert truck without welding to the chassis), and the Bravo removable tire cage.

The Bravo removable tire cage

The Bravo (and updated Bravo 2) is a bed-mounted removable tire cage built for exactly the “work or play” problem prerunner owners have: it carries two 35–37" spare tires plus a floor jack and two 5-gallon fuel cans in the space between them, then comes off completely when you need the full bed back — so you keep your tonneau and daily-use versatility. It’s just over 44" wide and mounts with strapped pins through bed plates; cinching the tire straps actually lifts the cage slightly to kill rattle. The Bravo 2 mounts the jack vertically toward the front for extra storage between the tires. The cage was featured by Off-Road Expo.
